Autumn is here and at Cafe Europa I have some exiting plans for food and fun

On October 14th we will host a PUMPKIN DINNER

similar in concept to the apple dinner last month

4 courses with 4 drinks all inclusive for $60 open seating from 5pm till 10pm

the menu will be posted this weekend

I’m offering a 10% discount for people who make their reservation by to Monday Oct 11th

Organic Heirloom Tomatoes

with 7 year balsamic vinegar, parsley pesto

fresh mozzarella & roasted shallots

Avocado Spring Rolls

rice noodles, cucumber & avocado wrapped in rice paper

wrapped in rice paper

Fried Goat Cheese Salad

local organic spring mix with lemon vinaigrette,

topped with fried goat cheese

Pork Meatballs

blended with fresh herbs served with sautéed bitter greens

and a young tomato sauce

Roasted Acorn Squash

with gorgonzola cheese and toasted walnuts

Wild Mushroom Tart

wild mushrooms with fresh herbs in a goat cheese custard

Truffled Lobster Purses

fresh picked lobster with mushroom cream baked in

spring roll wrappers & topped with white truffle oil

Bitter  Greens Omelet

Brookdale’s eggs with rainbow chard &

caramelized organic sweet onions

Gambas Pil Pil

jumbo shrimp braised in extra virgin olive oil, Hollis

garlic and hot peppers. served with toasted baguette

Pumpkin Risotto

Italian Arborio rice blended with

roasted pumpkin & Parmesan Cheese
